Greetings Everyone!
The first cooler days of autumn finally arrived here in Rovereto over the past couple of days, along with some much needed rain. It was too little too late to save our garden, but there is always next year. It’s campaign season here in Italy. Ours only lasts for a few weeks, in comparison to the US where presidential campaigns are always a long, drawn out affair. Even with the midterms there just around the corner people in the US are already questioning whether or not Trump will run again, or whether Biden will, too, for that matter. Most people from the US with whom I have had contact recently hope neither one will run in ‘24. But that is off topic here. In case you haven’t heard, the big news here which has everyone on tenterhooks and bodes worse than the heat of summer is what our power and gas bills are going to be like this winter. And while our Quixotic leaders tell us we have to bear austerity while they chase after their shiny new windmills, which are supposed to save us from the terrible Russian gas, the fact is Europeans – well, the majority of us – are being gouged, supposedly in support of freedom and democracy in Eastern Europe. I need not mention names.
Now, as we slide off into cooler weather and then the cold of winter people are scared, or at least concerned. How will they heat their homes? How will they pay for lights and heat, or even food for that matter. Lockdowns were bad enough, having to endure all these pandemic measures, but now this? Unless I miss my guess, it is going to be a hot winter here across Europe, and I am not talking about temperatures. People know they are being lied to and taken advantage of. The masks are off now and the emperor has lost all his clothes, as the saying goes. Talk of new boosters for the new variants goes over like the proverbial heavy metal balloon, although I like a bit of metal now and then, of the musical variety. We are at a turning point on Europe’s history, and the old order – our Pax Americana in Europe – is quickly coming unraveled. And it can come none too soon. What is important now across Europe is keeping the kids and loved ones warm and fed, and still having money left. It is service to the immediate need that has people focused now. Forget Eastern Europe, is the attitude, and stop spending and sending our money over there. Ukraine is not our immediate need. We have done enough. This is what I hear. That brings us to our theme for this month – Virgo – the sign most associated with service to the immediate need. And our immediate need is the dissipation of fear and the dispelling of glamour.
Virgo: We are going to approach our consideration of Virgo a bit differently this year and get directly to what we need to discuss. Ordinarily our discussion throughout would be on health (as in COVID), care of others, environment and similar manners, relating to the immediate need. COVID, vaccines and the like will not be discussed here. There is emerging information regarding many aspects of COVID which is better reserved for the Scorpio letter. But this year there is an immediate need which is more pressing, especially as it pertains to Europe. That said, what we will be looking at underlies everything which we are facing, including COVID. We will see why in the paragraphs to follow. Our main Virgo topic will focus upon the most esoteric side of the sign, yet it has very practical application. Bear with this a bit, as it comes to a point.
A Western terma?: In her book, Esoteric Astrology, Alice Bailey, or the Tibetan if you like, makes much of the Labors of Hercules and Greco-Roman mythology as a point of reference for the signs and planets. If a teaching or terma is to be useful for all of humanity, however, it must be applicable to all walks of life. Indeed, there are Eastern interpretations to everything in Esoteric Astrology, but they are not addressed in the book. The question is, why? The book was released in the West in 1951. In particular, the five books listed as a treatise on the seven rays[5] can be seen and is seen by some people, as a Western terma. Considering the stated source of the material was a Buddhist lama who lived on the border of Tibet, why was there no Eastern material given in the books, or very little? The books are cited to be from the trans-Himalayan tradition, after all. I have seen many discussions on this matter and have been involved in some of them myself. The fact is, there was little general knowledge of Eastern philosophy in the Western public at that time, and much less again regarding Eastern practices and astrology. The war had just finished, the world was still being reconstructed, and the CIA had just started its shenanigans in Tibet against China.
The first edition of the book came out just after WWII and preceded the great migration of Eastern adepts from the late ‘50s onwards to the West for various reasons. The real reason for Eastern teachings flooding out to the West was occultly clear enough – the Western public was ready to receive such knowledge and in fact needed it for what was to come. We are seeing why more clearly today, and it marked a period of preparation. What has been given to the West through those Eastern teachings has been invaluable. We have touched on more Eastern and especially Buddhist aspects of esoteric astrology in these letters the past few years, and this month will be no exception.
Reverently I prostrate with my body, speech and mind
And make clouds of offerings, both actually and mentally transformed.
I declare all my negative actions since beginningless time
And rejoice in the virtue of all ordinary and noble beings.
Please remain until samsara ends
And turn the wheel of the dharma for all transmigrating beings.
I dedicate the virtue of myself and others to the Great Enlightenment.
These are Virgoan statements, addressing purity, intention, the dedication to enlightenment and most importantly, service to the immediate need. How many Virgos do we know who are not dedicated workers and who tirelessly serve in some capacity? Not many, we might expect. And their attention to detail is legendary. However, such a recitation as above applies not only to the single session of practice. It is a lifelong commitment. This in itself scares many people away from such practices, ‘separating the sheep from the goats’.
Virgo, time and space: In Buddhist practice one is not addressing this singular life, but instead the entirety of the thread of lives, life after life which we undertake on our journey from the lowliest atom of matter to our release from the cycle of life and death. This thread of life and incarnations lasts over seemingly endless eons, yet that period is but the blink of an eye to the infinite universe, for we are told:
“…that thousands and thousands of millions of such Maha Kalpas have passed, and as many more are yet to come. (Vide Brahma-Vaivarta and Bhavishyre Puranas; and Linga Purana, ch. 171, verse 107, &c.) and this in plain language means that the Time past is infinite and the Time to come is equally infinite. The Universe is formed, dissolved, and reproduced, in an indeterminate succession.”[6]
A mahakalpa is the duration of the life of our solar system, said to last for some 311 trillion+ years. That figure alone would be scoffed at by materialistic science as utterly impossible and fantastical. But, materialistic science has yet to recognize the solar system as a living Being, which breathes (in a manner of speaking and analogy), has periods of wakefulness and sleep. They recognize roughly a ‘day of Brahma’ – a day and night in the life of our solar system, but see that as the total lifespan. The point here is our perception of time and existence is only very limited, limited by the evolutionary achievement of our bodies, and that means all the bodies (or vehicles if you wish) in our human continuum. Virgo is said to be associated with a previous solar system and is also said to be quite the oldest of the signs, wherein form as we know it was brought to a point of perfection where we can use it today. That solar system was a previous incarnation of our present one.[7]
Purity of intention: And now we come to the point of what is to follow. These considerations aside, there is one particular aspect of Virgo upon which we will focus in this letter and that relates to the purity of intention. Every life starts as a pure intention, at least on the part of the soul involved. Often we hear of the purity exhibited in infancy, post-parturition. Then, as the infant progresses into childhood and through the various stages of growth, we see the effects of conditioning and karma set in as they mold the character of the child. Every good mother, or father for that matter, because the father is also intimately involved in the process, wants their child to fulfill its destiny in the best way possible. And often children display particular talents which, when encouraged and given proper opportunity, contribute greatly to society. Those gifts and intentions can also be commandeered and misused toward ‘less fruitful’ ends and result in destructive, harmful practices. Our Western ideals have so been commandeered, causing the mass disillusionment we see now across Western society, because we can see clearly now our leadership and media are not living up to the values they profess to us – values we have been taught to cherish. It is that which we will address after our look at the full moon.
The full moon takes place on 10 Sep 2022 at 9:59 UT (7:59 pm AEST). This figure shows a more positive change in events than that of the previous full moon. The Sun is trine Uranus, thus forming an ‘easy opposition’ with the full moon axis. It is a more hopeful, humanistic picture of what is to come in the immediate future. That said, the Sun is quincunx Saturn and opposite Neptune, showing there is stll old business to deal with, and Saturn is square Uranus, showing the challenge of the old seeking to prevent the new from being given birth. In terms of world affairs, the G7 powers are seeking to prevent the emergence of the multipolar, non-aligned world order, and this is what is preoccupying international affairs. With the last statement in mind, we move on to what is transpiring at the moment, with reference to the immediate need and our true values.
Freedom is one of our most cherished and fought for values. It is an ideal that becomes reality as we go forward on the spiritual path – true freedom, esoterically, as in freedom from the pull and control of our very bodies and environment. It is a freedom that bestows us with superhuman capacities, because in that type of freedom, in that state of being, we are superhuman. What it means is we are free from the cycle of life and death, from samsara. The thread of life referred to before is broken and we are free of individual and group karma. We have attained full enlightenment and thereby we can wield control over all physical, natural forces – but only doing so as an act of service, as in helping to bring others to enlightenment. Personal freedom becomes thereby transmuted into the effort to bring others to freedom. It brings us true happiness, since we live in a state of bliss in that state of being. We own nothing, but we are ‘happy’ in the Buddhist sense of the word, which means we live in a state of supreme bliss. That very idea has been taken by vested interests and twisted to material ends by the likes of the Davos crowd, the WEF. They aren’t the only ones, but they are the example that is in front of us now. What they are talking about when they say we will own nothing and be happy means we will be impoverished, forcefully, and have that type of ‘freedom’ imposed on us. Poverty in that sense is not freedom. Enforced poverty is tyranny. This is what is being attempted in Europe and eventually in the US.
Rising fascism: As we continue through this year and ‘that which has been covered is revealed’ referring to the Black Tiger Year, the pieces to the puzzle of what we are confronting keep falling into place. It might interest readers to know that the WEF and Klaus Schwab’s Great Reset/Narrative are not his ideas. As to whose they are, the answer might surprise you – or then again, maybe not.
“The United States and Great Britain are at a midway point. They have a vision but know not how to materialise it and make it true, for they favour not (and rightly) a totalitarian regime. The capitalistic spirit and the latent fascism of the United States are at this time a definite menace to world peace, and the capitalists are blocking the efforts of the people of goodwill. Great Britain is at present impotent, financially ruined, her old imperialistic policies entirely in the discard, and her people discouraged: she is therefore so preoccupied with the struggle to live (and she will live) that there is little time, interest or energy left to make the vision true. There is, as you know, always a correspondence between the individual…and the world of humanity as a whole. Just as today practically every human being has something wrong with them physically—eyes, ears, teeth or bodily ills of some nature—so humanity is sick and awaiting healing. The healing will be brought about through the medium of the New Group of World Servers and by the people of goodwill, aided by the [planetary spiritual and subjective] Hierarchy, from which planetary centre the healing energies will be drawn. Imperfection has been drawn to the surface; the evils to be eliminated are known to everybody, and this has all taken place under the influence of the Law of Perfection…”[8]
Bolding, brackets and italics added. Now, to give some context, the quoted material was first published in 1953. The CIA had been formed and was very active with its mischief abroad. The Marshall Plan had already been enacted and was finished, replaced by the Mutual Security Act. NATO had been created. Western Europe was by then firmly under American control. The Warsaw Pact was soon to follow. The Cold War was fact (and in fact is still ongoing). Stalin died that year. The Korean War finished that year. It was the year Mossadeq, the democratically elected president of the then secular state of Iran, was overthrown in a violent coup, fomented by the CIA and MI6. The CIA and MI6 still work hand-in-glove to this day. The Non-Aligned Movement started two years later at the Bandung Conference. Thereafter the world was divided into three blocs – pro-US, pro-Soviet and non-aligned, the latter of which was much of the Third World. This forms the backdrop for what is being rearranged this decade.
Our just deserts?: I often hear it said that we deserve the leaders we choose. I would say instead our leaders are chosen for us, so we can learn to call the powers that be to account. Did the British actually choose Boris Johnson, or will they really choose Truss or Sunak? No, we do not choose our leaders. They are vetted for us, thinned out through various processes, depending on the nation, and then we are told we can only choose one or another. That is not democracy. And often the one potential candidate the people would prefer is eliminated, either through the primaries process (Bernie Sanders), through a process of smearing via the media (Jeremy Corbyn) and by other means, which you might guess. Like we saw with the Trump-Biden race in the US, neither candidate was a majority choice. And both of them went on to serve the establishment interests once elected, instead of their promises to voters made on their campaign trails. This type of thing is also a facet of fascism, where leaders are chosen for the people, instead of by the people. The people know it, too, but as was stated in the preceding quote, they feel powerless to do anything about it. Manipulation is rife throughout the voting process in our Western ‘democracies’. And then out leaders go on to call other nations with whom they don’t agree, autocratic.
We have the perfect example of autocratic policy-making in the EU, where unelected leaders make the policy and we are expected and cajoled into acceptance. And lest one thinks the UK, US or Canada are any different or better, consider what was stated in the previous paragraph. The German Green Party is a case in point, where the Greens have been placed in prime positions of policy-making, yet make said policy with no consideration of the effect on the populace. In fact, Baerbock, the Foreign Minister has stated the obvious when she recently stated she didn’t care what the German public wanted. Ukraine was first and foremost and support for them was unconditional, despite what the public wanted. Baerbock, by the way, is a scion of the WEF Young Global Leaders program. Gilbert Doctorow recently made this observation of the Greens throughout Europe:
“…the Greens Party in Germany, in Belgium and I assume elsewhere in Europe is nothing more than a vehicle for incompetent, unprofessional sloganeers to seize power and to implement radical social policies of which the public has no inkling. If it were only economic hardship for the population that resulted from their policies, that would be bad enough. But by foolishly and ignorantly baiting the Russian bear and trying to inflict maximum damage on the Russian economy, which is a policy that has “Greens” written all over it, the party and its leadership are pointing Europe to what may yet become a pan-European conflagration that spins out of control.”
1796, “science of ideas,” originally “philosophy of the mind which derives knowledge from the senses” (as opposed to metaphysics), from French idéologie “study or science of ideas,” coined by French philosopher Destutt de Tracy (1754-1836) from idéo- “of ideas,” from Greek idea (see idea) + -logie (see -logy). With connective -o- because the elements are Greek and the Greek combining vowel is -o- for nouns of all declensions.
The ‘logy’ suffix comes from the Greek ‘logia’ – “a speaking, discourse, treatise, doctrine, theory, science,” from the same quoted source. Thus we have ‘the science and discourse of ideas’, as the definition of ideology, which in the present day has given rise to academic echo chambers and the stubborn refusal of the elites in the aforementioned nations to release outworn systems as well as to embrace anything new outside of their mental purview. There is a tendency among some people to associate the 6th ray primarily with the astral plane and emotions. There is a strong correlation there. But the 6th ray operates through all aspects of human nature, from the physical through the monadic and even beyond. Gautama the Buddha was aid to have a 6th ray mind, for instance – a very rare influence to be sure,[10] but there nonetheless. And there were a couple of disciples in the Tibetan’s group who had 6th ray physical bodies, also rare.[11] That aside but present, as the 6th ray influence has crystallized and is in process of passing out, this has especially become a problem for the West. The general populace of these nations can see what needs to be done, but the leadership remains locked in the old established ‘norms’. It is unsurprising the term ‘ideology’ originated in France, given the 3rd and 5th ray rulerships of France. But there is another problem with the ideologies as they are expressed by our leaders nowadays: Our fond ideas about ‘liberté, égalité, fraternité’, freedom, democracy, human rights and so forth have been commandeered over the years to cover for the prosecution of strictly materialistic and often evil agendas.
‘Evil’ is not a term I use often or lightly, but when nations are disrupted, people killed and displaced in their millions simply to ensure the status quo of ‘Western interests’ and the control of other nations’ resources for the benefit of richer, more powerful nations, that sort of behavior is counter to the original meaning of the ideals and is, in fact evil, because it sets back the freedom and development of the peoples of the affected nations. Further, the words are used to justify such actions to the general public of the richer nations, whereas the public would reject such agendas if they knew the truth behind them. It is one of the methods used by the materialistic forces. The words ‘sovereignty’ and ‘freedom’ were used against the British public during the Brexit agenda, for example, in order to justify a strictly materialist initiative, one that is now contributing greatly to the suffering of the British people. The same can be said for the scaremongering regarding the coronavirus, the extended lockdowns and mRNA vaccine rollouts across the West – which have been highly politicized and controlled by corporate interests, we might add – as well as the supply chain shocks those lockdowns have caused. In short, ideology in its present usage by our elites has poisoned the West:
The refrigerator wins!: Bolding added. Here we are, then, at the moment paralyzed by an elite who cannot see a way forward outside of their accepted norms, with publics across the world seeing what needs to be done, as of yet feeling powerless to do anything, thinking that perhaps changing the leaders will fix things, yet not realizing that it is a way of thinking and attachment to it that is handicapping our way out of stasis and corruption. We are just about at our, “Let them eat cake” moment, just prior to a more revolutionary reform for the West. This winter will be rather telling, regarding whether we accept our lot or we use our growing disgust at what is happening and our anger about it as motivations to bring about the changes we know we need – in other words, to induce catharsis at the top, from the Leo letter. Keep in mind, that emotions are simply forces within our nature. They are either good or harmful, depending on how they are used. In and of themselves they are neutral. Well, when it comes to what we are facing across the West, the Russians have a saying: “The refrigerator wins against the TV.”[12] Stated otherwise, necessity and practicality ultimately win against conditioning and propaganda. A clip from the 1976 film Network is just as valid today, if not more so, than it was then: “I’m mad as hell, and I’m not going to take it anymore.” (vid) If it is not clear by now, it should be – domestically we are in the midst of a class struggle:
“If there is a class war – and there is – it is important that it should be handled with subtlety and skill,” wrote Maurice Cowling, the influential rightwing historian, in the late 1970s. “It is not freedom that Conservatives [Tories] want; what they want is the sort of freedom that will maintain existing inequalities or restore lost ones.”
The statement applies across the leadership of the West, believe it or not. We face a ‘war’ on two fronts: a class war domestically and one between the emerging world order against the G7 order on the other hand. The two battle fronts have converged this year. It is effectively a struggle between the outgoing ideologues and the emerging practical order for the masses necessitated by years of neglect, struggle and abuse of the latter. The latter is also known as the struggle between labor and capital, which started in earnest with Reagan and Thatcher. The pendulum is beginning to swing toward labor in the UK, with a strong response to Mick Lynch and his ‘Enough is Enough’ movement in its fight to end the cost-of-living crisis. He openly stated the words cited in the previous quote:
“The working class is back. We’re not just back as an idea, we’re back as a movement. We’re back as an energy. They act in their class interests, it’s time we acted in ours.”
Emerging multipolarity: Regarding the struggle between the West and the rest of the world (between our elites and what the majority of the rest of us would like to see), our situation as it stands and has developed was summarized in a recent speech, all of which is worth reading:
“The situation in the world is changing dynamically and the outlines of a multipolar world order are taking shape. An increasing number of countries and peoples are choosing a path of free and sovereign development based on their own distinct identity, traditions and values.
These objective processes are being opposed by the Western globalist elites, who provoke chaos, fanning long-standing and new conflicts and pursuing the so-called containment policy, which in fact amounts to the subversion of any alternative, sovereign development options. Thus, they are doing all they can to keep hold onto the hegemony and power that are slipping from their hands; they are attempting to retain countries and peoples in the grip of what is essentially a neocolonial order. Their hegemony means stagnation for the rest of the world and for the entire civilisation; it means obscurantism, cancellation of culture, and neoliberal totalitarianism…”
Further:
“It is clear that by taking these actions the Western globalist elites are attempting, among other things, to divert the attention of their own citizens from pressing socioeconomic problems, such as plummeting living standards, unemployment, poverty, and deindustrialisation. They want to shift the blame for their own failures to other countries, [the latter of] which are defending their point of view and designing a sovereign development policy without submitting to the diktat of the supranational elites.”
The ‘supranational elites’ mentioned are the heads of and factions who inform the policies of the G7 nations, primarily. The factions who inform the policies of the G7 were mentioned in the last letter. The views expressed in the quoted speech above, are widely held in the wider world, outside of the G7, the G7 being the so-called ‘international community’ so often invoked in the speeches and press releases of Washington. Then, there is one more bit to add from the speech:
It is obvious that it is only possible to reduce tensions in the world, overcome military-political threats and risks, improve trust between countries and ensure their sustainable development through a radical strengthening of the contemporary system of a multipolar world…the era of the unipolar world is becoming a thing of the past. No matter how strongly the beneficiaries of the current globalist model cling to the familiar state of affairs, it is doomed. The historic geopolitical changes are going in a totally different direction.”
That emerging multipolar world will be a special focus of the next letter, because in true Libran fashion it represents partnerships, treaties and cooperation. As for the security concerns of Russia, those were outlined in a speech by Sergei Shoigu, Russian Defense Minister at the opening of 10th Moscow Conference on International Security, which is also worth the time to read.
Hungry stones or Hunger Games?: The hunger stones have begun to appear again in European rivers. It is a sign of our societal woes, too. Those stones have been submerged sometimes for centuries, telling of hard times and drought, which we have seen across Europe and in China, too. We have descended into a type of madness across the West, where discussion is off the table and a post-truth world is the norm. People often lament they do not know what to believe any longer. In the US the organ of free thought and progressive discussion, which was our university system, has been shut down, closed to all but the very privileged during the Reagan years by conservative/reactionary policy makers who were frightened by the prospect of the rise of more socialist policy in the US. The view was expounded in 1970 during the Nixon administration:
“Roger Freeman–a key educational adviser to Nixon then working for the reelection of California Governor Ronald Reagan–defined quite precisely the target of the conservative counterattack: “We are in danger of producing an educated proletariat. That’s dynamite! We have to be selective on who we allow to go through higher education.”
We need a return to free education in the US and have a crying need to be able to re-educate ourselves in a free and open atmosphere. Until we can do that we will continue down the path to the Hunger Games. This is a particular problem in the US, where woke culture has ruined discourse in universities and schools and where critical race theory is doing the same in primary education. But we return to Europe.
Europe, including the UK, is quickly headed for a depression. There is a timeline, a very short one, and it depends on how quickly European leaders are awakened out of their fantasy of green energy replacing gas and oil, on Russia collapsing, on the SMO going on for years and, most especially, on the European public accepting they have to suffer ‘for as long as it takes’ for the sake of bad ideological policy. The key variable here is how long the Russian SMO lasts before Ukraine falls. If it falls soon, then Europe may be spared. So, cue another article, accompanied by informed comments, asking the question, will Europe go down to defeat before Ukraine? With that, we leave Europe now and end this letter with a couple of short considerations, starting with common folk.
Ukraine stories: Regarding fascism, since 2014 Ukraine had become a fascist state, completely in evidence today. It ceased being a democracy when Washington instigated the coup in Kiev in 2014. One might argue it had never really been democratic to start from its independence. There is a personal anecdote to add here. One of our Ukrainian friends was recently over for a long visit. The conversation about the goings-on in Ukraine was quite different that day from that of a couple of months ago. They now know something is not right, that they are being lied to, but they cannot put a finger on exactly who is to blame. Ukraine has been under a dark cloud of propaganda for a long time. One of the friends’ sons has just been allowed to emigrate to a Western country. I won’t say where. A few people here read these letters. I met him. He’s a nice, young chap who should never have had to fight in war. He was here temporarily with his wife and child. He was injured in the war and was allowed to leave – at great cost to him and his family. Another of our friends has a son who is afraid to go into the cities for fear of being conscripted off the street, taken straight to a military center, given 10 days of ‘training’ (basically, how to hold a weapon) and being sent to the eastern front. It puts one in mind of Western television (video) and WWII stories of the eastern front (video, recommended).
These stories are true. They tally with many other reports I have seen, and we have no reason to distrust these people. What is happening in Ukraine now is what one sees in the final stages of mobilization and pending collapse, where men of all ages and even boys are drafted and sent to the front as a final last-ditch effort for the regime to survive. We saw this in Germany in the closing days of WWII. This is not what one sees in a nation who is winning or has a chance to. Once Odessa and Kharkov fall to the Russians, as is now on the cards, if not before, the regime in Kiev will fall. Then what happens in Europe and North America (US and Canada) will become very interesting, given what we have examined this far in this letter. We have looked it before, but the head of the regime in Kiev is a servant of madness instead of the people.
A message to Europe: In the meantime, Dmitri Medvedev, ex-President of Russia, had a message for Europeans on his Telegram channel on the 18th of this month, translated:
“So act, European neighbors! Do not be silent. Call your fools to account. And we will hear you. The benefit is obvious – in winter, in company with Russia, it is much warmer and more comfortable than in splendid isolation with the gas stove turned off and the battery cold.”
Call it trolling or call it truth, as you like, but watch what happens in Europe and the US when parents cannot feed their children, pay for medicine and heat their homes, having the power cut off when they cannot or refuse to pay their bills. And in the present social troubles, brought on by our leaders’ adherence to what they call our ideals, it is forecast that up to 70% of English pubs, some of which are over 1000 years old, may be forced to close permanently due to energy bills. The blowback from the Russian sanctions in Europe and the US is accelerating.
As a result to the sanctions and general cancellation of Russian culture in the West, Pizza Huts, KFCs and McDonalds across Russia have shuttered their doors and sold out to domestic concerns, since being rebranded. That, along with Gorbachev’s death, is like the final passing of neoliberalism from Russia. A dark page in Russia’s history and memory will be seen in Russia to have closed. And across the West, the closing of that page will also signal the end of any hope of taming the Russian Bear. Now attention is turning to China and a new potential disaster for the West.
Virgo blessings,
Malvin
